Its northeast boundary consists of the shores of Lewisville Lake which provides residents an abundance of outdoor activity and water sports.

The City of Lewisville is rich with cultural activities for its residents and maintains an extensive system of public parks and recreational facilities all across the city.  Vista Ridge Mall, with over 140 department and specialty stores provides a shopper’s haven for the residents of Lewisville and surrounding communities.  The mall contains of over a million square feet and is surrounded by restaurants and other commercial businesses in several annexes. Old Town Lewisville features specialty stores each with a unique old-time store front.
